This article guides you to check the email logs sent to the users via website.  Please note that email logs are truncated after 30 days.


1. On CMS backend, Navigate to Reporting > Email history


2. Use the search bar to enter the required keywords you are looking for. You can specify the date if you are certain of it or select a date range. you can search it with the order number, email address, subject header.


Types of Email you can check

  • Order Cofirmation (Confirmation of Internet Order...)
  • Order Placed (Order Placed via Internet...)
  • Order Requries Approval (...requires your approval) 
  • Signup (Welcome to RSEA...)
  • New Business Enquiry (New Business & Tender Request)
  • Order Shipped (Your Order...)
  • Password Reset (Password Recovery - Your Login Details)
  • Cash Receipt - (Cash Receipt Entered via Internet...)
  • Hire Form
