The purpose of this document is to guide teams in locating the correct sales order number in Pronto.
In Pronto:
Go to Customer Maintenance
Search for WEBOUT301 or WEBOUT327 and select Sales Orders from the navigation bar
Under Sales Orders, you will see all pending orders.
The Shopify order number will be listed under Reference, and the corresponding Pronto order number will appear under Order No.
Select Toggle to view all previous orders, if needed.
