This guides you to update the webstore section for custom B2B products.
Demonstrated with a product example: 'WPC-E1461T'
Step 1: Search for the required product on the Netsuite backend.
Step 2: Edit the product page and Navigate to the Web Store Section
Step 3: Tick the DISPLAY IN WEB SITE
Step 4: Update the Page Title and Web Store Display Name
- You can get this information on the same page, scroll to the top of the under Primary Information Section copy the title from the description.
Step 5: To add the product description, you are required to copy it from its primary product. With the provided product example: WPC-E1461T, its primary product code is E1461T. Therefore search this product on a new tab, edit the product page and go to the webstore section and copy the required product description and paste it in the required section.
Step 6: Assigning an image.
- From the primary product code look for the required image and save a copy of that image with required file format. Example with this product code WPC-E1461T, the filename would be 'WPC-E1461T_main-01' if there are multiple images the filename would follow with WPC-E1461T_main-02 and so on.
- Once you save the image, Search for the File Cabinet menu from the searchbar.
Navigate to 'File Cabinet' > 'Web Site Hosting Files' > 'Live Hosting Files' > 'site' > 'product-images' and 'Add File'.
Upload the required file.
