An example of this error is below and occurs during the checkout process



This error occurs because a shipping item has not been selected on the customer record.  The NZ customer service team should be able to assist, and the steps to do this is below:


  1. Search for the customer record in Netsuite
  2. Click "Edit" on the customer
  3. Navigate to the "Custom" tab
  4. Under Shipping Items, add the correct shipping methods (e.g. Online Shipping, Free Shipping, etc.).  It can vary from customer to customer.  If in doubt which ones are needed then reach out to the account manager for that customer
